1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags
- Items in original packaging with proof of purchase
- Defective or incorrect items (see exceptions below)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Earrings (hygiene reasons)
- Customized/personalized items
- Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account at undefiningstyle.com
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select “Request Return” for relevant order
- Follow the prompts to generate return label
4. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty/wrong
- We recommend using tracked shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days of receiving return
- Issued to original payment method
- Allow 3-5 business days for bank processing
6. Exchanges
We currently offer:
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
- Color exchanges (subject to availability)
- Store credit for unavailable variations
7. Faulty Items
For defective products:
- Contact us immediately via website
- Include photos of the defect
- We cover return shipping for faulty items
8. International Returns
- Customers outside Australia responsible for return shipping
- May be subject to customs fees (non-refundable)
9. Store Credit Option
You may choose:
- Full refund to original payment
- Store credit (+10% bonus for future purchases)
10. Final Sale Items
Clearance items marked “Final Sale”:
- Eligible for store credit only
- Must be returned within 14 days
11. Change of Mind
For non-faulty returns:
- Refund excludes original shipping
- Restocking fee may apply (20%)
12. Australian Consumer Law
Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
