1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags
  • Items in original packaging with proof of purchase
  • Defective or incorrect items (see exceptions below)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account at undefiningstyle.com
  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select “Request Return” for relevant order
  4. Follow the prompts to generate return label

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty/wrong
  • We recommend using tracked shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days of receiving return
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Allow 3-5 business days for bank processing

6. Exchanges
We currently offer:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for unavailable variations

7. Faulty Items
For defective products:

  • Contact us immediately via website
  • Include photos of the defect
  • We cover return shipping for faulty items

8. International Returns

  • Customers outside Australia responsible for return shipping
  • May be subject to customs fees (non-refundable)

9. Store Credit Option
You may choose:

  • Full refund to original payment
  • Store credit (+10% bonus for future purchases)

10. Final Sale Items
Clearance items marked “Final Sale”:

  • Eligible for store credit only
  • Must be returned within 14 days

11. Change of Mind
For non-faulty returns:

  • Refund excludes original shipping
  • Restocking fee may apply (20%)

12. Australian Consumer Law
Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
